From Reception, children are able to join a range of educational school trips throughout the year. Visiting historical sites, exploring the natural world or watching plays and productions are amongst the school trips enjoyed.
Visits are based on topics relevant to the curriculum, such as Geography and History, but are also designed to be enjoyable, inspiring and lots of fun too.
In the last year, we have visited:
- Living Rainforest
- Winchester Science Centre and Planetarium
- London theatre productions, including Lion King and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
- RAF Northolt
- Other local schools to take part in joint activities such as Forest School
School trips form an important part of the learning experience at Our Lady’s and we find pupils love the chance to break up their school routine. Visits to a variety of local places and groups help them to learn about cultures, topics and places outside of their everyday environment whilst having fun at the same time.
