2026-27 Fees
Reception

Education and care provided from 8am to 6pm 51 weeks of the year (excluding Christmas week and bank holidays).
Extended care from 7.30am for an additional fee.  Lunch, tea and snacks included.
 

£961 per calendar month for 12 months (including all lunches and snacks)

Monthly fees inclusive of 30 funded hours - £773

Monthly fees inclusive of 15 funded hours - £866

Please note:

Parents must commit to full attendance during the core school hours of 8.45am to 3.45pm each term time day. Attendance during non-term time is at the family’s discretion.

Please note:

Tax-Free Childcare – Wraparound Care


Parents and carers may be able to use the Tax-Free Childcare scheme to help pay for wraparound childcare provided by the school, including before-school and after-school clubs, and the wrap around element of the school fees.

Tax-Free Childcare can be used to pay for eligible registered childcare costs. For every £8 paid into a Tax-Free Childcare account, the government adds £2, up to the relevant government limits.

If you are eligible, you can use your Tax-Free Childcare account to pay the school directly for eligible wraparound childcare sessions. Please ensure that payments are made using the Tax-Free Childcare account and that your child’s school account details are used as provided by the school.

Admission Fees

Although we try to keep additional charges and administration costs as low as possible, we do charge additional fees for admission:

  • Administration fee of £50 per child to enrol at the School (non-refundable)

  • Acceptance of a School place £500 per child, (refundable when a child leaves Our Lady’s Prep School and where a term’s notice is given and all fees are paid up to date)

  • A top up fee of £300 per child for the reservation of a place in Reception who has previously registered for a Nursery place (refundable)
