Vision

 ‘Nurturing, Building, Preparing’

VISION

Our Vision is to be known as a place where children, parents and staff work together to educate and develop confident young people who care for each other, contribute positively to society, and strive to achieve their full potential.

MISSION

Our Mission is to provide an inclusive, faith based learning environment where, all year round, we build community, nurture our children, and prepare them for life in the 21st century.

ETHOS AND VALUES

We endeavour to live and breathe our ethos of care, family and presence in all that we do, and our Values help to ensure that this ethos flourishes:

Respect
We value each other, and understand that we are all different with unique talents

Care
We are courteous and show kindness and consideration to others; we support one another as a family

Excellence
We pursue excellence in the classroom, on the field and in the world around us

Joy
We enjoy life and have fun together

Family
We work together to form a special bond between school, parents and staff

Giving Back
We know that others are not as fortunate as us, and we recognise that we have a duty to look after them - we think of others and help them, we are not selfish but selfless.

Nurturing Uniqueness

We encourage and celebrate individuality. Most of all, we understand that your child has their own qualities and strengths, and we are here to support their individual potential. Furthermore, nurturing a pupil’s self-esteem and ambition for their future is critical.

Our Caring Ethos

We welcome pupils of all backgrounds  and understand how important it is for children to feel as comfortable in school as they do at home. We help them flourish and to be excited about learning. Most importantly, we equip them with the knowledge and confidence to thrive in secondary education and beyond.

Catholic Values

Whilst we teach a foundation of Catholic values our School welcomes pupils of all faiths. In fact, our ethos is simply to teach the values we feel are relevant to all young people in today’s world. We teach children to have compassion and understanding towards others and to show respect for themselves, fellow pupils and teachers.

Independent & Affordable

As an independent school, we are responsible for our own finances and governance and also a member of the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI). The ISI is an independent, government-approved body which provides objective inspections to safeguard the quality and effectiveness of the education, care and welfare of children in schools. As an ISI member, we are subject to a high-quality inspection, monitoring and evaluation regime.
