Our Lady’s today

School History

Our Lady’s was founded in 1961 by Father Daniel Boyle, Priest of Crowthorne, whose vision was to offer an accessible Catholic education to children in the local area. The Trustees of Our Lady’s are committed to continuing Father Dan’s vision. Most importantly, our School and Nursery are built on values of compassion and respect, whilst offering a high quality and affordable education.

Since its first beginnings, the Trustees have invested in extensive alterations and new facilities to improve surroundings for both current and future pupils.

Recent changes include:

  • A brand new commercial-style kitchen for the preparation of delicious, fresh healthy meals
  • Additional classrooms, and dedicated space for babies in the nursery
  • Expansion of the school hall doubling its original size
  • Improvements to the outdoor play area with the addition of artificial grass for year-round use
